Bryan Card, Associate
Trucker Huss, APC Bryan Card focuses his practice on retirement plans, advising clients on 401(k), profit sharing, cash balance, and traditional defined benefit plans. He also works with multiemployer plans and plans sponsored by tax-exempt entities, public schools, and universities, including 403(b) and 457 plans. Bryan assists with drafting plan documents and SPDs, preparing employee communications, and advising on plan administration and fiduciary issues. His practice includes QDRO review, plan governance documentation, tax-qualification compliance and corrections (including EPCRS and IRS audits), ERISA fiduciary matters, and guidance through Department of Labor investigations. He also advises employers on employee benefits issues arising in mergers and acquisitions. |
