Try 145 Franklin Street first as Scott’s will validate your parking ticket at that garage. COST: No charge for: NorCal ISCEBS Chapter members, new CEBS, GBA and RPA graduates. (Chapter members may bring one guest.) Other Benefits Professionals and the general public are also invited, but the Chapter will charge $55 per person to help defray the cost of the event.
